Awesome Halloween Costumes: Part 2

I am truly amazed by the human ability to invent things. Just looking for do it yourself Halloween costumes came up with more information than I could read in a week. After perusing this information looking for the diamonds in the rough, I have whittled it down to a few of the good ones.

It took me a minute to realize what this was, but it would be a cool project. The mask is not shown but I included the link below.

The blog zzilch has a post about how they used to make their own costumes with a few very good links to easy and harder costumes.

We got Colton a red chili pepper costume for Halloween. So Joe and I are going to dress up as Mexicans to go with it. The only decision now is do we go with the authentic Mexican look (sombreros, ponchos, bright colors, etc) or the gangsta Mexican look? I guess our decision will be made based on what the DI can provide for us.

I would go authentic so you do not run into any gangs that want to rumble with little Colton along.

thanks, Chad. I'm looking for a good costume. I wonder how they made the Lego one. (btw, I'm one of Shellie's bunko friends...)
